TranscriptWalked 2 ⅓ miles in 43 mins.; first full-length hike in several months. Hot, too; but my hip & leg didnt bother me as much as they do while I’m sitting down or moving around the house. Exercise seems to relax & strengthen rather than cramp my sore points, hip & thigh.
